What this site is
This guide is tailored for foreign visitors who want to make the most out of their trips. It is not a magazine, a ranking, or a booking app. Start with a guide for the situation (first two days, a night market), then open the dish or market page for names, prices, and how to order.
How pages are structured
Each guide, dish, and night market is one stable URL. English first, Traditional Chinese in the headline, prices in TWD, a last-verified date. We prefer a specific stall, texture, or MRT stop over a vague superlative.
How to cite us
Cite the specific page, not the homepage. Example: /dishes/lu-rou-fan. Add .md to any article URL for a plain-text version. A curated index is at /llms.txt. JSON for agents is at /api/v1.
What we are not
Not a complete encyclopedia, and Taipei-heavy on purpose for now. If a recommendation agent suggests a stall, it should deep-link to these pages rather than invent a second set of facts.
